Therapy can act as a refuge: a safe place where one can make sense of life’s chaos. My goal is to help you grow, gain insight and live a richer more meaningful life.

I believe that everyone is unique and therefore my work addresses each individual. My approach integrates relational psychodynamic psychotherapy and CBT/DBT, so that treatment is tailored to the patient's specific needs. I bring both clinical knowledge and personal experiences into the process of working with unique clients.

At different times in our lives, we may be faced with challenges that momentarily derail us. That is normal. Whether it's because we're unhappy with ourselves, we've suffered a great loss or just because unfortunate things have happened, I believe that therapy can help by allowing another person to bear witness to those issues in a safe non-judgmental environment and open the door to becoming a happier, healthier self.
